pixelgacha.com (pixelgacha.com) is a pixel art asset discovery site operated by 10k Game Studio. This page describes what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Account information
If you create an account, we store the details you provide (such as display name and email address) and a hashed password. Session cookies keep you signed in. You can update your profile from the account page. We use this data only to operate the service — not for advertising profiles.
First-party analytics
We maintain a lightweight, server-side view counter for public pages. For each qualifying GET request we increment an aggregate count keyed by host, path, and calendar date. We do not attach user IDs, accounts, or raw IP addresses to those aggregates.
A rolling summary is published at our public analytics page and JSON feed. That dashboard is separate from third-party tools below.
itch.io affiliate links & outbound clicks
Outbound links to itch.io product pages may include an affiliate code (ac query parameter) so itch.io can attribute traffic from this site. This is part of itch.io's Partners & Affiliates program. We do not receive payment from itch.io for these links today; the code is used for attribution and analytics.
When you click a tracked “View on itch.io” button, we may also record a first-party click event: pack name, category (usually a tag or asset format), and one-way SHA-256 hashes of your IP address and browser user-agent string. We never store raw IP addresses for click tracking. This helps us understand which packs drive outbound interest.
Once you leave pixelgacha.com, itch.io's own privacy policy applies to anything that happens on their site.
Third-party analytics
- Ahrefs Web Analytics — loaded on public pages for traffic measurement.
- Fathom Analytics — privacy-oriented analytics; may receive custom events when you click itch.io affiliate links (pack name and category). Fathom is loaded when configured for this deployment.
These providers process data under their own policies. We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or other advertising trackers.
Cookies & local storage
Besides optional third-party analytics cookies, we use Laravel session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection on forms. The first-party page-view counter does not rely on a client-side beacon.
What we do not do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Run display advertising or retargeting pixels.
- Store raw IP addresses in our affiliate click log.
- Require an account to browse the public catalog.
Your choices
You can browse without signing in. Browser extensions or settings that block third-party scripts may limit Ahrefs or Fathom measurement but should not break core site features. If you are in the EU/UK or another region with privacy rights, you may contact us to request access to or deletion of account data we hold about you.
